Brian Katz Participates on Two Panels for PLI Program on Specialized Deposition Techniques

Olshan Chair of Litigation Brian Katz will speak on two panels for a PLI program titled “Specialized Deposition Techniques 2019” on March 29, 2019. Mr. Katz will co-lead a panel titled “Specialized Deposition Skills,” which will advise on how to handle challenging witnesses, deposition negotiations with an adversary, objections and the proper response, and how to deal with unexpected testimony. Additionally, he will offer his insight on a panel titled “VIP Depositions and Rule 30(b)(6),” which will cover deposing senior executives, best practices for preparing senior executives for deposition, advanced use of Rule 30(b)(6) depositions, and drafting and objecting to Rule 30(b)(6) topics.
