Real Estate Partner Thomas Kearns presented at Practising Law Institute's program "Commercial Real Estate Financing (2018), ” which took place in New York on April 10-11, 2018.  Tom’s panel  covered advanced issues in loan document negotiations including  issues relating to guarantees,  mortgage financing of ground leased and condominium properties and properties owned by tenants in common.  CLE credit was offered.
