The Real Deal Reports on Plate’s Lease at Kaufman’s 111 West 19th Street

The Real Deal reported that the meal-kit delivery service Plated has signed a 10-year lease for 23,000 square feet at the Kaufman Organization’s 111 West 19th Street property. Olshan represented the landlord in the negotiation of the lease.
