Olshan Represents George Feldenkreis in Bid to Acquire Perry Ellis

The Wall Street Journal reported on Olshan representing George Feldenkreis, the founder and former Executive Chairman of Perry Ellis International, Inc., in his proposal to acquire the company. Feldenkreis has teamed with Fortress Investment Group LLC for the acquisition bid of $27.50 a share, or about $430 million. The Olshan team includes Steve Wolosky, John Moon and Michael Neidell.
