Israeli Activist Client L.I.A. Pure Capital Replaces Entire Board of Medigus Ltd.

On September 20, 2018, Olshan client L.I.A. Pure Capital won its election contest against Medigus Ltd. at its 2018 annual general meeting of shareholders, resulting in all four of L.I.A. Pure Capital’s director nominees replacing the entire Board of Medigus. The Olshan team representing L.I.A. Pure Capital included Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel.
