Olshan Represents GlobalOptions in Tender Offer for $19.5M

Olshan’s client GlobalOptions Group, Inc. announced that it commenced a tender offer to purchase up to $19.5 million in common stock. The number of shares proposed to be purchased represents approximately 55% of GlobalOptions’ outstanding shares. Robert H. Friedman and Kenneth S. Mantel comprise the Olshan team representing GlobalOptions.
