Olshan Represents Food Network Star in Claim

Courthouse News Service reported on Paula Deen Enterprises and Deen Brothers Enterprises filing a claim in Federal Court against Celebrity Chefs Tour and Promark Productions, California-based companies owned by Gary Ravet. Ms. Deen, the Food Network star and her family agreed to participate in a series of live cooking demonstrations organized by Celebrity Chefs Tour.  They seek $1.25 million in damages, alleging breach of contract and defamation. Steven R. Gursky, Lori Marks-Esterman and Jennifer L. Heil represent the plaintiffs.
