Olshan Represents Baker Street Capital in Agreement with Tix Corp.

Tix Corporation, a leading provider of discount ticketing services, announced that it has repurchased 23% of its common stock which was owned by Baker Street Capital, L.P. The Olshan team representing Baker Street Capital in the agreement includes Steve Wolosky, Kenneth Schlesinger and Meagan Reda.
