Olshan Represents AGS Benefits Group in Acquisition with National Financial Partners

Olshan client, AGS Benefits Group, LLC, a corporate benefits brokerage and consulting firm, has been acquired by National Financial Partners Corp. (NYSE: NFP), a provider of benefits, insurance and wealth management services, enabling NFP to establish a major corporate benefits presence in New York.
