Olshan Represents Remark Media in $20m Public Equity Line

Remark Media, Inc. (Nasdaq: MARK), a global digital media technology company, entered into a purchase agreement providing for a public equity line with Aspire Capital Fund, LLC, an institutional investor based in Chicago, Illinois, which permits purchases of Remark Media’s common stock by Aspire Capital of up to $20m, at Remark Media’s discretion, based on prevailing market prices.
