Olshan Counsels Namco in Chapter 11 Filing

Sunday March 24, 2013 Namco, LLC, (dba Namco or BranchBrook), a Manchester, CT based chain retailer of pools, pool accessories chemicals  and other recreational equipment voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 protection in Delaware.  Michael Fox, the lead partner at Olshan will serve as counsel for Namco LLC.  The chain operates stores throughout the east coast coastline stemming from DE to MA.
