Olshan Clients Meson Capital and Young Capital Obtain Representation on Lucas Energy Board

After disclosing a 16% stake in Lucas Energy, Inc., an independent oil and gas company, Ryan Morris of Meson Capital, and Josh Young of Young Capital, were appointed as directors of Lucas Energy by a unanimous vote of the Board. Steve Wolosky and Robert Frome represented Meson Capital and Young Capital with respect to their investment in Lucas Energy.
