Olshan client Nokomis Capital Gains Board Representation at Telenav

Nokomis Capital has reached a settlement agreement with Telenav, winning a seat on the board for Richard Todaro and a second seat for a mutually agreed upon candidate, only a day after launching a proxy contest. As part of the settlement, the company agreed to cause one of its incumbent directors to step down. Steve Wolosky, and Ryan Nebel represented Nokomis Capital in connection with its settlement negotiations with Telenav.
