Namco Successfully Negotiates Restructuring and Exits Chapter 11

The Daily Deal (subscription required) reported on the confirmation of Namco, LLC’s Chapter 11 plan by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware. Namco is a Manchester, Connecticut based chain retailer of pools, pool accessories, chemicals and other recreational equipment, and the reorganized chain will operate twenty-three stores throughout the Northeast coastline from New York to Maine. Michael Fox, the lead partner at Olshan, served as counsel for Namco, with the assistance of Jonathan Koevary from the Bankruptcy group.
