Mitchell Raab Serves on NY City Bar CLE Panel on Venture-Backed Companies

Olshan Corporate partner Mitchell Raab will serve as a panelist on a New York City Bar CLE Program event on March 11^th titled “Venture-Backed Companies (Emerging Companies).” Offering attendees an end-to-end view of representing companies in venture financing transactions, this event provides practical tips for efficient negotiation and execution and focuses on business issues that attorneys should be mindful of when advising clients, regardless of which party they are representing.
