Olshan Real Estate Attorneys Represent Townhouse Developer in SoHo

The New York Post reported on the trend that new-build townhouses are making a comeback. Olshan client Madison Equities was mentioned for its development at 10 Sullivan Street in SoHo for its four high-end townhouses, where two are currently priced at $20.79 million and $22.25 million. Thomas Kearns and Hyman Kindler represent the ownership group, a joint venture of Madison and PMG, in the development.
