NY Post Shines Spotlight on Goldberg’s One York

The New York Post (subscription required)featured an article on One York, a development by Olshan’s client Stan Perelman of Jani Real Estate, which is located on the corners of Canal Street, Laight Street and Sixth Avenue. The article recounts Perelman’s vision for the area surrounding Canal Street and how it continues to develop.  Eric L. Goldberg and Hyman Kindler represented Perelman in the One York deal.
