Misada Capital Obtains Board Representation at Papa Murphy’s

Olshan client Misada Capital announced that it has reached an agreement with Papa Murphy’s Holdings Inc., pursuant to which Noah Elbogen has been appointed to the Board of Directors.  Mr. Elbogen will join the Audit Committee.  Andrew Freedman represented Misada Capital in connection with its investment in Papa Murphy’s Holdings.
