Olshan Represents Micronet in Agreement to Acquire Telematics from Novatel Wireless

Yahoo! Finance and The San Diego Union-Tribune reported that Olshan represented Micronet Enertec Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: MICT), developer and manufacturer of rugged computers, tablets and computer-based systems for the commercial mobile resource management, fleet management and aerospace and defense markets, in a definitive agreement for the asset acquisition of the Telematics hardware business of Novatel Wireless, Inc. (Nadasq: MIFI) for $24 million including inventory. Olshan attorneys representing Micronet on this transaction included Steve Wolosky and Kenneth Silverman.
