Olshan Represents Madison Equities in 45 Broad Joint Venture with Chinese Co-Developer

The Real Deal reported that one of China’s largest developers has joined Madison Equities and Pizzarotti Group as an investor and developer of the planned 206-unit condominium at 45 Broad Street in the Financial District. Gemdale Properties and Investment has partnered with Madison and Pizzarotti to build a 1,100-foot condominium tower on the parcel which was acquired last year for approximately $86 million and is slated for completion by 2019.
