Law Journal Covers Udell's Letter

The New York Law Journal (subscription required) published a story on a letter issued by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and co-authored by Jeffrey A. Udell, in his capacity as Chair of the Committee on Professional Responsibility. The letter urges prosecutors to be required to disclose evidence that creates ‘a reasonable likelihood’ that a defendant prosecuted by their office is innocent.
