Bloomberg and Wall Street Journal Cover Land & Building’s Campaign at NY REIT

Bloomberg (here and here) and Wall Street Journal have reported that New York REIT Inc., an owner of properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn, announced plans to review its business, including a potential sale of the entire company or its assets, and add independent directors in response to investor criticism from Olshan client, Land & Buildings.
