Kenneth Schlesinger and Brian Roe Represent Lead Investor in AEON Biopharma Inc. PIPE

The Deal (subscription required) reported on Olshan’s representation of the lead investor in a private placement (“PIPE”) completed by AEON Biopharma Inc., an Irvine, California-based developer of therapeutic neurotoxin treatments (“AEON”). The PIPE will raise a total of $6 million and include common stock, pre-funded warrants with no set expiration date as well as five year warrants. AEON did not use a placement agent for the PIPE. The Olshan team that represented investors in AEON’s PIPE consisted of Corporate partner Kenneth Schlesinger and associate Brian Roe.
