Crain’s New York Business covered the lease by Shenkman Capital Management, a money management firm, for an additional 20,725 square-feet in its existing building at 461 Fifth Avenue. The space will serve as the headquarters for the established money management firm. Thomas Kearns represented the tenant in the lease.
