Kearns Published in NY Real Estate Journal on Retail Leases in Condominium Buildings

The New York Real Estate Journal published an article by Thomas Kearns, partner in the Real Estate Law group, entitled "Retail Leases in Condominium Buildings," which states that leases of stores in the retail portions of residential or office condominiums need to be significantly revised from the standard form used by many lawyers. The article was subsequently re-published with consent by the magazine Habitat on their website.
