Kearns Assists in Kaufman Astoria Studios in Expansion of Two New Stages

Crain’s New York Business reported that Kaufman Astoria Studios is set to build two additional new soundstages in Queens, increasing the total number of stages to twelve. The two new stages will be located at the corner of 34^th Avenue and 36^th Street in Astoria. The construction is scheduled to start in the Fall of 2016, lasting for approximately 18-24 months. Olshan Real Estate partner Thomas Kearns is representing the Studio in the building of the new stages.
