Kearns Represents Joint Venture For Priciest Single-Family Listing in West Village

The Real Deal reported that the priciest single-family residential listing to hit the Manhattan market this week was on Horatio Street in the West Village for $22.5 million. Thomas D. Kearns represented the joint venture between Greystone Property Development and The Vesta Group in the acquisition of the property which was fully renovated and restored.
