Kearns Handles Retail Lease for French Designer

Crain’s New York Business published an article about French fashion designer Roland Mouret opening his first flagship at 952 Madison Avenue, at East 75th Street.  The store replaces the Bang & Olufsen store in the retail unit at the location.  Olshan Real Estate partner Thomas Kearns and Associate Peter Sartorius represented the landlord in the lease with Roland Mouret and the surrender with Bang & Olufsen.
