Bloomberg Highlights $230 Million Office Building Sale Handled by Kearns
Bloomberg and GlobeSt.com covered the sale by a joint venture of Invesco and Kaufman Organization of 100-104 Fifth Avenue to an affiliate of Clarion for $230 million. The new owner has retained Kaufman as the leasing and managing agent for the 277,412-square-foot Midtown South office property, adjacent to Union Square. Kaufman Organization, along with Invesco, purchased the building in December 2010 for $93.5 million. Thomas Kearns and Hyman Kindler represented Kaufman in both the 2010 purchase and the recent sale.
