JCP Investment Management Reaches Agreement with Kirby Corporation for Board Representation

Olshan client JCP Investment Management reached an agreement with Kirby Corporation pursuant to which Rocky B. Dewbre was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors. Vice Chair of Olshan’s Shareholder Activism practice Ryan Nebel represented JCP in connection with its investment in Kirby Corporation.
