Olshan Client Harvest Capital Reaches Agreement with The Meet Group Regarding Board Composition

Olshan client Harvest Capital reached an agreement with The Meet Group pursuant to which The Meet Group’s Board of Directors will appoint two new independent directors.  Jim Parmelee will join the Board effective immediately and a second mutually agreeable director will be identified within the next ninety days.  Steve Wolosky, Andrew Freedman and Meagan Reda represent Harvest Capital in connection with its investment in The Meet Group.
