Media Quotes Gursky on Litigation Between Macy’s and JCPenney over Martha Stewart Business

The New York Post, Chicago Tribune and other media extensively quoted Steve Gursky on the ongoing dispute between Macy's and JCPenney over Martha Stewart’s new home goods line with JCPenney.  Macy's claims that Stewart's contract with them is exclusive and both are due back in court after a month-long mediation effort failed.
