Real Deal Highlights Goldberg’s Client Raleigh Hotel Purchase

The Real Deal reported on the closing of the purchase of the Raleigh Hotel, located in Miami Beach, by Eric Goldberg’s client David Edelstein of Tristar Capital and Sam Nazarian of SLS Hotels.  The Olshan team that represented Edelstein in this purchase included partners Eric Goldberg and Steven Gursky.
