Gleicher Co-Counsels Pittsburgh Skyscaper Purchase

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review featured an article on the U.S. Steel Tower, Pittsburgh’s tallest skyscraper, being sold to an investment group led by New York investor Mark Karasick for a reported $250 million. The seller was an investment group led by AREA Property Partners.

Warren R. Gleicher and Shirlee Y. Aminoff handled the structuring and drafting of the limited partnership agreements for the purchaser.
