Olshan Client GP Investment Holdings Obtains 2 Board Seats at Glowpoint, Inc.

On April 4, 2014, a group of shareholders consisting of GP Investment Holdings, Main Street Capital and members of the Pessin family obtained two seats on the board of directors of Glowpoint, Inc. and the company’s agreement to re-nominate the group’s two nominees at the 2014 annual meeting of stockholders pursuant to the terms of a settlement agreement. The Olshan team representing the shareholder group included Steve Wolosky.
