Ferrini Handles New Fort Greene Development

The Real Deal reported that Olshan client GFI Development is moving forward with its development of 810-835 Fulton Street in Fort Greene. The project, which has been nearly seven years in the making, will have 363 residential units, a gym and a children’s area in addition to commercial space and a parking garage. Partner Alexander Ferrini is counseling on the design and construction agreements for the property.
