FrontFour Capital Obtains Board Representation at Innophos Holdings

On January 11, 2016, Olshan client FrontFour Capital obtained two seats on the board of directors of Innophos Holdings and the company’s agreement to re-nominate these directors at the 2016 annual meeting of stockholders pursuant to the terms of a successfully negotiated Cooperation Agreement.  The Olshan team representing FrontFour Capital included Steve Wolosky.
