The Puget Sound Business Journal reported on Paneltech International, L.L.C.’s offering of securities and merger into publicly-traded Charleston Basics, Inc. Paneltech, based in Hoquiam, Washington, is a leader in the design and manufacture of environmentally responsible green composite products for home, business, industry, education and the military.
