Friedman Represents GlobalOptions in Tender Offer

Olshan’s client GlobalOptions Group, Inc. announced that it commenced a partial tender offer to purchase up to $24 million in common stock. The number of shares proposed to be purchased represents approximately 69.2% of GlobalOptions’ outstanding shares. Robert H. Friedman and Kenneth S. Mantel comprise the Olshan team representing GlobalOptions.
