Olshan’s client GlobalOptions Group, Inc. announced the sale of the assets of its Preparedness Services Unit to Witt Group Holdings, LLC.  Robert H. Friedman and Kenneth S. Mantel comprise the Olshan team representing GlobalOptions in this transaction.
