Olshan’s client GlobalOptions Group, Inc. announced the sale of the stock of the Bode Technology, Inc.’s Forensic DNA Solutions and Products subsidiary, to SolutionPoint International, Inc. Robert H. Friedman and Kenneth S. Mantel  comprise the Olshan team representing GlobalOptions in this transaction.
