Friedman Represents Empire Resorts in Rights Offering

Olshan’s client Empire Resorts, Inc. announced its plans for a rights offering to existing holders of its common stock valued at approximately $35 million in order to raise equity capital.  Robert H. Friedman and Jason S. Saltsberg comprise the Olshan team representing Empire Resorts.
