Friedman Counsels GlobalOptions in Rights Agreement

Olshan’s client GlobalOptions Group, Inc. announced that its Board adopted a Rights Agreement in response to a threat to its ability to maintain an orderly process with its sale its business units. Robert H. Friedman and Kenneth S. Mantel comprise the Olshan team representing GlobalOptions.
