Freedman Quoted in Law360 on Surge in Activist Funds

Olshan Partner Andrew Freedman was quoted as an expert in a Law360 article (subscription required) about the recent success of activist funds and the surge in investors turning to activist and event-driven hedge funds for returns that are outpacing the marketplace.  Freedman is quoted as saying that this is “a market that still has plenty of room to grow” and that “activism will remain healthy and alive.”
