Fortune Profiles Olshan Client SG Building Blocks

Olshan client SG Building Blocks recently completed a reverse merger with CDSI Holdings Inc., a publicly held shell corporation whose principal stockholder was Vector Group Ltd., a large publicly held company. As a result of the transaction, SG is now a publicly traded company. SG was recently profiled in Fortune Magazine.
