Ferrini Represents Subcontractor in 3 WTC Project

The Real Deal announced that Silverstein Properties began construction again at 3 World Trade Center after they secured  $340 million financing in federal bonds.  Olshan partner Alexander Ferrini specializes in construction law and represents the concrete superstructure subcontractor for this project, on a contract valued at approximately $130 million.
