Ferrini Handles New Hell’s Kitchen Condo Development

Curbed reported that Olshan client Cadence Property Group has recently named it’s 30 condo project at 320 West 52^nd Street The Sorting House, a reference to its location on top of the Radio City Post Office. The units will range in size from one-bedrooms to 1,455-square-foot three-bedrooms with sales expected to launch late summer. Partner Alexander Ferrini is counseling on the design and construction agreements for the property.
