Real Deal Highlights 605 West 42nd Street Development Handled by Ferrini

The Real Deal announced that The Moinian Group has again begun construction at the residential development located at 605 West 42nd Street, a 60-story mixed-use development consisting of retail space and approximately 1170 residential rental units.  Olshan Real Estate partner Alexander Ferrini, who specializes in Construction Law, is handling construction agreements for the project for Moinian.
