Feldman Participated in the SEC Forum on Small Business Capital Formation

Olshan Corporate Partner Spencer Feldman participated in the SEC Forum on Small Business Capital Formation on Thursday, November 19 at the Securities and Exchange Commission's headquarters. He served as a panelist and addressed the topic, "Registered Offerings - Post JOBS Act Implementation.” Spencer also moderated the Smaller Reporting Companies Breakout Group.  The morning panel was live via webcast on the SEC's website, www.sec.gov.
