Engine Capital Reaches Agreement with Team, Inc. for Board Appointment

The Houston Business Journal reported on Olshan client Engine Capital’s agreement with Team, Inc., a leading provider of specialty industrial services, pursuant to which two new directors, Craig L. Martin and Brian K. Ferraioli, have been appointed to the Board of Directors. Andrew Freedman represents Engine Capital in connection with its investment in Team.
